Facility Manager is designed so your maintenance data stays on your device. This policy describes how the app handles information in its current form.

Data we collect

The app does not require an account. Task lists, rooms, tags, and reports you create are stored locally on your phone or tablet using the device’s built-in storage (for example, through the app’s local database or file storage provided by the operating system).

No cloud sync

This version does not send your task data to our servers. We do not operate a backend that receives or stores your facility information.

Third parties

Standard operating system services (such as backups if you enable them, or crash reporting if added in a future build) may apply according to your device settings and store policies. Review your device and app store privacy settings for those cases.
